From an early age, Bianca had a strong passion for becoming a winemaker, but her father envisioned a different path for her. Her parents, who immigrated to Italy in the late 1920s, upheld the traditional values of Croatian households—where the eldest child pursued a profession and the second learned a trade. Following this custom, Bianca completed an apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery, setting aside her winemaking dreams for the time being.

Joining Winery Organic marked the realization of a lifelong dream. I’m deeply aligned with our philosophy and approach to winemaking—rooted in simplicity, passion, and a constant pursuit of excellence. As the Director of Hospitality & Sales, I lead our guest experience efforts and support the growth of Flâneur Winery. When I’m not on the road building new sales relationships, you’ll usually find me welcoming guests for tastings or working on the design of the Grain Elevator. And when it's time to unwind, I’m either strumming my guitar or laughing through another episode of Seinfeld.
