We use soft hands, calm voices, and a gradual approach to help your puppy get used to the sounds, sensations, and tools of grooming — building trust and creating positive grooming habits for life.

01 - Warm Welcome & Settling Time
We start by gently welcoming your puppy into a calm, friendly space. Our groomers let them sniff, explore, and get used to the environment. Each grooming tool is introduced slowly and playfully to avoid any fear. We focus on building trust and making your pup feel safe and loved before beginning any grooming activities.
02 - Soft Bath with Puppy Shampoo
Using warm water and a tear-free, hypoallergenic puppy shampoo, we give your pup a gentle and soothing bath. The bath is kept short and pleasant, with calm voices and slow movements to ensure your puppy stays relaxed. This step helps remove dirt and softens the coat while getting your puppy used to water and touch.
04 - Face, Paws & Hygiene Trim
We carefully clean around the eyes, wipe the ears, and gently tidy the paws and sanitary areas using soft cloths and rounded scissors. If your puppy seems ready, we’ll also trim their nails just a little to avoid any discomfort. All actions are slow and gentle, ensuring your pup stays calm and happy throughout the process.
03 - Towel Dry & Light Brushing
After the bath, we wrap your pup in a soft towel and gently dry them. If your puppy is comfortable, we use a quiet, low-speed blow dryer to help fluff the coat. A light brushing follows to remove any loose fur and start teaching your pup what brushing feels like — always done with patience and praise.
05 - Praise, Treats & Positive Experience
Every successful step is followed by praise, gentle cuddles, and sometimes a tiny treat! Our goal is to create a fun and loving first experience. Before your puppy goes home, we give you a full update, along with tips for continuing positive grooming habits at home. It’s not just a session — it’s your puppy’s first happy salon memory!
