01 - Coat Check & Pre-Brushing
We begin with a quick assessment of your pet’s coat type, shedding level, and any mats or sensitivities. A pre-brush helps loosen surface fur and allows us to identify high-shed areas. This step ensures we use the right tools and techniques for your pet's unique coat and comfort level.
02 - De-shedding Bath with Specialized Shampoo
Your pet enjoys a warm, soothing bath using a de-shedding shampoo that’s formulated to loosen and release undercoat fur. We gently massage it into the skin to lift dander and dirt while improving circulation. This deep cleanse prepares the coat for a more effective deshedding process.
04 - Blow Dry & Undercoat Removal
We gently towel-dry your pet and follow up with a controlled blow-dry, using airflow to lift and loosen remaining undercoat hairs. Then, we use professional-grade de-shedding tools (like a Furminator) to safely remove all the dead fur without tugging or irritating your pet’s skin.
03 - Conditioning Treatment
Next, we apply a light, hydrating conditioner that softens the coat and reduces static. It helps detangle and smoothen fur, making it easier to remove during brushing. This step nourishes the skin and locks in moisture, leaving your pet’s coat shinier, smoother, and healthier.
05 - Final Brushing & Finish
To wrap up, we give your pet a full-body brush to ensure all loose hair is gone. We also clean the ears, wipe around the eyes, and lightly fluff the coat. A pet-safe finishing spray adds freshness and shine — leaving your pet soft, sleek, and ready for snuggles.
