We warmly welcome your pet into a calm, pet-friendly space where they can feel safe and comfortable. Our team takes time to observe your pet’s mood, coat condition, skin sensitivity, and behavior. We also discuss any special needs or preferences with you. This personalized assessment helps us tailor the entire spa session to ensure a soothing and safe experience.
02 - Soothing Aromatherapy Bath
Your pet enjoys a warm, relaxing bath using mild, natural shampoos infused with calming essential oils like lavender or chamomile. The gentle water pressure and soothing scents help ease stress and anxiety. This bath not only cleanses the skin and coat but also sets the tone for a peaceful, spa-like experience. It’s the perfect beginning to full-body relaxation.
04 - Dry & Groom
We apply a nourishing conditioner to moisturize and restore the natural shine of your pet’s coat. While the conditioner works, we pamper their paws with a warm soak and healing paw balm that softens and soothes dry or cracked pads. This step helps maintain a silky, tangle-free coat and keeps paws healthy, hydrated, and protected from wear.
03 - Massage & Conditioning
After the bath, your pet is treated to a gentle, full-body massage using soft strokes and circular motions. This improves blood circulation, relaxes muscles, and eases any built-up tension. It's especially beneficial for older pets or those prone to anxiety. Most pets begin to unwind completely during this step, enjoying the tender touch and care they receive.
05 - Fluffy Finish & Feedback
To complete the session, we towel-dry your pet and use low-noise dryers if needed. A gentle brushing removes tangles and loose hair, leaving the coat silky and polished. We finish with cuddles, a pet-safe fragrance, and a quick update for pet parents on how the session went — sending your pet home looking and feeling their best!
