01 - Comfort & Introduction
We begin the session by gently welcoming your pet into a calm and quiet environment. Our groomers use a soft voice and slow movements to help your pet feel safe and relaxed. We allow them a few minutes to get comfortable with the surroundings and our touch. This approach reduces anxiety and sets a peaceful tone for the rest of the paw care session.
02 - Nail Trimming & Filing
Once your pet is calm, we start with nail trimming using professional, pet-safe clippers. Each nail is trimmed carefully, avoiding the sensitive quick to ensure a pain-free experience. If needed, we follow up with a nail file to smooth sharp edges. This helps prevent scratches, reduces slipping, and supports proper paw alignment during walking and play.
04 - Moisturizing Balm & Hair Trim
After cleaning, we apply a nourishing paw balm made from natural, pet-safe ingredients. The balm deeply moisturizes dry, cracked pads and protects them from rough surfaces. We also trim any overgrown hair around and between the paw pads to prevent matting and slipping. This step keeps paws soft, clean, and comfortable for daily adventures.
03 - Paw Soak & Cleaning
Next, your pet’s paws are gently soaked in a warm, soothing solution. This helps soften tough skin, remove dirt, and relax tight muscles in the feet. We carefully clean between each toe and around the pads, ensuring all debris is removed. This step not only refreshes your pet but also promotes better hygiene and paw health.
05 - Final Check & Treats
We perform a final inspection to ensure all nails are trimmed evenly, paws are fully cleaned, and the pads are smooth and moisturized. Once we’re sure everything is perfect, we give your pet some loving praise and a small treat for being so cooperative. Your pet leaves feeling pampered, refreshed, and ready to walk with happy paws!
